3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Midcentury Home
Spacious open floor plan in the living room and kitchen. The midcentury design home is an original Alexander designed home and is decorated in the Palm Springs style. Plenty of space for dining or having breakfast at the kitchen island. The living room has a gas fireplace and a large screen TV - all 3 TV's in the home have DirecTV as well as Apple TV and Smart Apps for your favorite streaming service.
Primary King Bedroom
The king primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There are Aveda products in each bathroom (we supply body gel, shampoo, bar of soap and body lotion). There are fans in each room's closet, hangers for your clothes and a suitcase stand(s). The King room also has a SmarTV with an Apple TV so you can watch your entertainment apps.
Queen Room with Desk
Second bedroom holds a queen size bed and also has a smart TV with Apple TV. The room also has a desk with a chair and a desk lamp with USB and outlet. In the closet is a crib, mattress, baby blanket and high seat.
Twin Room
The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, a large closet, and dresser. There is a ceiling fan and a stand for your luggage.
Pool, Spa and Yard
The Spa is free of charge and the pool can be heated during the winter and fall for $160 for the first 3 days, $30 a day thereafter. The yard is completely fenced in to keep your pet safe. There is also plenty of lounge areas, access to the garage and an outdoor fireplace.
Outdoor Patio & BBQ
There is an outdoor dining table with chairs and seating for 8. There is also a gas BBQ for grilling.
